In January the Tribunal will be covering the Depression-era pickle sandwich, pig ear sandwiches, and everybody’s favorite use for Thanksgiving leftovers, the Pilgrim sandwich.
In December the Tribunal will be covering the unlikely Icelandic Pepperoni Taco sandwich, the unfortunate Philly Taco, and the (hopefully) uh-mazing Italian Piadina Romagnola.

In October the Tribunal will take on the Pakistani-American Club Sandwich, Peru’s Pan Con Chicharrón, and Salvadoran Panes Con Pavo
September will see the Tribunal covering frybread tacos, a Taiwanese savory stuffed donut, and a loaf of bread stuffed with fried shellfish.
In August we’ll be trying Midye Tava, Moo Yong sandwiches, and Murtabak. That is, if we can get to them before Chicago gets locked down again.
