Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 bunch parsley finely minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 fresh fleshy red chilies (such as very ripe jalapenos) finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl
  • Let sit for at least one hour before using. Use within a day or two. If refrigerating, allow to come to room temperature before using
