Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 white onion finely diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
