Jim’s “Cajun Remoulade”

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Zatarain’s Creole mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 generous tsp Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
  • 1 scallion chopped finely
  • 1 small handful flat parsley leaves chopped finely
  • 1 big clove garlic minced finely

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Chill for an hour or until ready to use

Notes

  • If you want the capers, chop up a tbsp or two of capers and add them as well
