Mount Airy’s (or Mayberry’s) Ground Steak Sandwich
The “Ground Steak Sandwich,” almost entirely unknown outside Mt Airy, is a loosemeat sandwich similar to a Maid Rite, served in a hamburger bun and dressed with tomato, coleslaw, and mayonnaise.
